Ultratech Announces Upcoming Webcasts |

- SAN JOSE -- Ultratech, Inc. (Nasdaq:UTEK), a leading supplier of lithography and laser-processing systems used to manufacture semiconductors and nanotechnology devices, will webcast two investment conference presentations in August 2005. Details of each event follow.
Investment Conferences
Ultratech will be presenting at the following two conferences in August:
Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. ET at the 2005 Adams Harkness Summer Seminar at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf, Boston, Massachusetts. Presenting for Ultratech will be Bruce Wright, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at 3:10 p.m. PT at the Moors and Cabot First Annual Semiconductor and Semiconductor Equipment Conference at the Pan Pacific Hotel in San Francisco, California. Presenting for Ultratech will be Arthur Zafiropoulo, Chairman and CEO.
